    Welcome to the second issue of our Soneco Partner Newsletter. We found our users satisfied with our first newsletter. We are still waiting for your feedback, in this way you will make us better.

    We have started the Soneco Community Server. If you want to find the answer on your question please visit our forum. Your question has probably already been answered. Look here for some great answers! In this newsletter you will find some great articles about the new functionality of the Fackelmann Project System 2.0. We have added new tutorial about creating a new Project Duty. This tutorial was made for this users which send me some mail feedback.

    We have started sharing files. Now you are able to download the tutorials and documentation associated with our solutions. Please use forums to ask questions about features and functionality or support related problems. Please provide feedback and features often, as we are trying to flesh out a finalized architecture!

    Soneco Community started!

    We have started with Soneco Community. Now we are able to communicate with our custommers, manage bugs in our application and we are able to talk about new functionality in our software. We are able to write the weblogs about our work. Now we will have the possiblity to present our software. I think that we will meet customers friendly. We will wait for the feedback from their site. A blog is a simple but powerful publishing tool which enables our company to easily share content. We will test the RSS channels and we will try to integrated our blogs with the Soneco Partner Newsletter.

    Fackelmann Project System 2.0 is sending emails!

    Now our Fackelmann Project System 2.0 is sending emails to its users. If you create or edit project, duty or task the system is sending the emails which will inform the users about changes in their projects.     Why Soneco Partner Newsletter?

    We have decided to prepare Soneco Partner Newsletter for our customers. We want to be as close to each user of our software as it is possible. Each time if we developed the new functionality in our applications you will recive the Soneco Partner Newsletter. This Newsletter contains all necessery information about the new versions of the software, information about the future of our software and the sugestions from the users of our applications.

    What is new in Project System 2.0?

  • Roles and Project Duties.
    Each User can be in a different Role in each Project it means that he has a different Duty.
  • Project Task Groups and Project Tasks.
    Each Project has Project Task Groups containg the Project Tasks. Project Tasks are connected with the Users. You can prepare the map of Project Tasks for Users in each Project. This is the easiest way of solving the problems by managing Tasks in Project.
  • Gantt Chart.
    You can see the Project Task Groups and Project Tasks as a Gantt Chart. You are able to navigate to the Info pages from the Gantt Chart. This is the graphical representation of Project Task Groups and Project Tasks.
